The foundation of Encosoft Teknoloji comes not from ordinary service experience, but from authentic engineering knowledge accumulated from within the industry. Our founder began their career at a startup working on H₂O₂ sterilization technology. After that startup was acquired by a global sterilization manufacturer, they served as the company's Technical Director for many years.
In the Technical Director role, they managed technical documentation, production management and global technical support processes for both H₂O₂ sterilizers and steam autoclave systems. The service, user and installation manuals for Stericool and Trans sterilizers were prepared during this period.
Later in their career, they joined the same global company's central R&D team: training R&D engineers on H₂O₂ sterilization technology and participating in the team for a new device design project.
This accumulated expertise — spanning from startup to production, from Technical Director to R&D — was established as Encosoft. We are based in Ankara; we have delivered field technical support across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Southeast Asia and Latin America.

Our expertise with Stericool sterilizers goes far beyond field experience. Our team personally authored the service manual, user manual and installation manual for Stericool devices. We played active roles throughout all development processes — from software to hardware, from mechanical design to technical documentation.
This is not "manufacturer-level knowledge" — it is knowledge genuinely acquired at the design level. Every hardware generation of the Stericool platform, every software version and every documented failure mode is within our team's direct experience.
When original manufacturer support is unavailable, discontinued, or geographically inaccessible, Encosoft is the go-to engineering resource for Stericool operators worldwide.
Full Engineering from Design to CE File
Our team's contribution to Trans steam sterilizers also goes well beyond the service level. Direct roles were taken in all engineering processes for the device — including control systems, mechanical design, software infrastructure and CE technical file.
The service manual, user manual and installation manual for Trans sterilizers were prepared by our team. This experience enables deep understanding of the device's behavior, design constraints and critical service points.
Independent Field Service for Getinge Devices
We have independent technical service and field service experience with Getinge steam sterilizers and washer-disinfector systems. This experience is based on extensive field technical service work, not on manufacturing or design processes.
We provide fault diagnosis, maintenance and technical assessment for Getinge GSS67 and HS66/HS33 sterilizers and the 46/88 series washer-disinfector systems. Encosoft has no official relationship with Getinge; our services are based entirely on our independent engineering capacity.
