How We Work
A significant part of the work at Encosoft involves solving real technical problems. We support field technical service with engineering, software and the digital tools we develop. We expect our team to work in the field when needed, investigate a technical problem when needed, and be part of the solution.

Technical Service
Maintenance, fault diagnosis, repair, modernization and field technical support for sterilization devices.
Engineering
Electronics, mechanical, automation, product development and redesign of existing systems.
Software & Technology
Development of software and AI tools that support service processes, access to technical knowledge and fault analysis.
