Making Technical Knowledge
Accessible and Actionable.

We make service manuals, device information and field experience faster to access and more actionable through software and AI-assisted tools.

Technical Knowledge

The Knowledge Exists. The Problem Is Reaching It.

The technical knowledge for a device can reside across many sources: service manuals, electrical schematics, parts information, error codes and field experience. Finding the right knowledge for the correct device and model, quickly, at the moment of a fault — is an important part of the technical service process.

We aim to structure this knowledge by device and model so that technical teams can reach what they need more systematically.

How It Works

From Technical Knowledge to Technical Decision

01

Technical Documentation

Service manuals, schematics, technical data

02

Device & Model Knowledge

Device- and model-specific structure and components

03

Fault & Service Knowledge

Error codes, historical records, patterns

04

Software & AI-Assisted Analysis

Relating knowledge and enabling fast access

05

Engineer Assessment

Physical measurement, technical decision, intervention

Technical Documentation

Rather than storing service manuals, technical procedures, electrical schematics and device information only as files, we make them accessible in the context of the relevant device and model.

The goal is for the right technical knowledge to be associable with the right device.

Device and Model-Based Knowledge

Even when different devices from the same manufacturer appear similar, their control architectures, components and service procedures may differ significantly. Technical knowledge must be evaluated in the context of the correct device and model, not just by brand name.

For this reason, we associate technical knowledge with the specific device, model and related systems.

Fault Analysis

An error code alone does not always identify the source of a fault. The device's operating principle, technical documentation, measurement results and available service knowledge must be evaluated together.

We use software and AI-assisted tools to reach the relevant technical knowledge faster and to support the assessment process.

Combining Digital Knowledge with Physical Measurement

Whether a sensor or electronic component is faulty cannot be determined through documentation or software alone. We evaluate the component according to its operating principle and check the required input and output values with appropriate measurement instruments.

We evaluate measurement results together with the device's technical data and system behavior to support fault diagnosis.

Technology supports diagnosis. Technical decisions are made by the engineer.

Not Losing Field Knowledge

Technical knowledge gained during a service task should not remain only as the outcome of a single intervention. Fault symptoms, checks performed and technical assessments form important knowledge that can be used to solve similar problems in the future.

We develop tools that address service processes and technical knowledge together so that this knowledge can be used systematically.

Artificial Intelligence

AI Does Not Replace the Engineer

We use AI to search through technical documents, relate relevant information and reach the knowledge needed for technical assessment faster.

Physical inspection of the device, measurement, safety assessment and technical intervention are performed by the engineer.

Hospitals & CSSD

For Hospital Technical Teams

We are developing technical tools that enable biomedical and Central Sterile Services Department (CSSD) technical teams to access device knowledge, fault assessment and Encosoft engineering support more systematically when needed.

Access Model

Technical Knowledge Gains Value with the Right Access

We are structuring our technical knowledge infrastructure — built from service documentation, device information and field experience — in a digital environment. The actionable technical content within this infrastructure is held in systems accessible only to authorized users.

While our public website describes our service scope and engineering approach, operational technical knowledge is managed under controlled access.

Authorized Technical Access

Authorized Technical Access

Access to the technical knowledge infrastructure is managed by user and authorization level. This allows actionable service and device knowledge to be made available to relevant technical teams without being made publicly accessible.

Technology Is Not Disconnected from the Field

The tools we develop are grounded in real devices, technical documentation and the problems encountered in field service. We see technology not as a separate product layer, but as a tool that enables technical service and engineering knowledge to be used more effectively.

From Knowledge to Engineering Solution

When fault analysis goes beyond a standard service intervention, electronics, automation, mechanical or software-level engineering work may be required. Our technical knowledge infrastructure supports this assessment process too.
